The purpose of the Quality Assessment Team is to monitor the quality of our services to increase your satisfaction.
Quality Assessment Team
- Provides regular monitoring of customer satisfaction. The team conducts weekly telephone surveys of customers about the quality of services provided.
- Promptly responds to requests from clients. Customers’ complaints received by the quality assessment team are immediately transferred to the management, which controls claims resolution and takes steps to prevent claims in the future.
